Are you okay? SoulMaka
Dancing along the moonlit grass, the pale blonde's hand was slipping from his with insecurities of being his partner. She peered down, trying to avoid his deep eyes. Her feet were placed on top of his, as he allowed it, so he would be able to lead their dance without whom being stepped on.
"Maka."
His sharp, velvet voice made her tremble, as she slowly looked up at him. "S-soul?"
"Are you okay?" he gripped their hands in a more firm position, preventing hers from falling to her sides.
"Mh-hm." she fake-smiled and nodded, not wanting for him to care for her then. He dropped their hands and sighed.
"This isn't really working." he scratched

First Kiss - SoulMaka
He loved it when she clung onto him. If even by accident, he still enjoyed having her arms wrapped around his neck. She'd do so when she'd fall asleep on the couch, and Soul would have the opportunity of carrying her to her bed.
One night of doing so, he noticed her scent. She smelled different from her usual vanilla-jasmine lotion she always wore every morning. It wasn't anything bad, it was just unusual. He sniffed again, while holding her. Her eyes began to wander open as she left her green orbs straight at his. She dazed off, a slight smile appearing at the corners of her mouth. Was she wearing perfume? He raised an eyebrow. Why would sh

Helpless Infuriation: SoMa
A cool guy. A bookworm. Two opposites that grew up together their whole lives. You might call this a love story, but darling, it's nowhere near that. AU
There will come a time when you love someone for everything they are and everything they aren't; until they see what you are and what you two could be.
She was the one to hold me
That night, the sky fell down.
& what was I thinking when
The world didn't end
Why didn't I know what I know now?
'Cause she's bittersweet.
She knocks me off of my feet
& I can't help myself,
I don't want anyone else.

People call me a stray dog for the way I move down the city sidewalks, alone and distant from others. They call me a stray dog because of how I pay no attention to the issues in their lives. They call me a stray dog because I don't fall into their definition of 'normal'. I'd rather be a stray than a tame pet like most of the mindless buisness men here. Following orders without question, never breaking from their daily routine, trailing along in a desperate attempt to crawl higher up on the social ladder. That is no way to make a living.
I'd rather fend for myself, an outcast among man, then lower myself to their level. It's disgusting how
I want nothing more
Than to be seen
For who I am
People everywhere
Are always telling me
Who to be
And who I am
I'll shout to the sky,
This isn't me
Only I can be me.
Listen closely,
I'll be gone before you know
I'm not
Who you think I am
People everywhere
Are always telling me
Who to be
And who I am
Hush be quiet
Listen for once,
To the real me
Don't fall to others
Stand on your own
Even if
You're torn to pieces
People everywhere
Are always telling me
Who to be
And who I am
Rise again
Be a phoenix in the ground
Don't let them get you down
You are you
And no one, no one
Can ever tell you
Who you are
